A long life !

For long life, one must know which are the positive and negative things :


Positive : 


       


-exercise (walking  ,sports,  being active .. )


-balanced diet (fresh fruit /vegetables , vitamins, fish, water , pasta . .. )


-study


-good higiene


-have hobbies


Negative :





  

-Fizzy drinks


-working with the computers


-stress


-city life


-alcohol


-missing breakfast


-caffeine


-fatty foods


-smoking


-to be alone
